Carvoeiro.villas – about us

Carvoeiro. Villas is a fresh new website designed by the Pac4Portugal team.  Pac4Portugal was developed in 2014, by Alex Cracknell (rental agent) and Fernando Cabrita (constructor).

Following working individually in their own companies, they both discovered similar frustrations.  Firstly, with quality of properties and secondly, levels of service of third parties.  Clearly, they both had the same vision, to build a new brand known for “Personal Service, Local Knowledge”.  Subsequently, Pac4Portugal was created and they have never looked back.

Fast forward to 2021.  Clearly, there is a highly competitive rental market in Carvoeiro and Portugal.  Evidently it is important to evolve as a business.  Indeed, we decided to showcase our Pac4Portugal exclusive villas in one website.  Without a doubt, we chose Carvoeiro.villas from our portfolio of domains.  Unquestionably a highly appropriate domain name and looks great!

It should be noted that on Pac4Portugal.com you will see that we advertise around 20 properties.  Moreover, here you only see villas our team directly manages and promotes rentals on behalf of the owners.

Giving us more control of the quality and service of the properties and the rental clients.  Besides we select only properties that meet our brand vision for the future.

Our Service

Importantly each of the villas in our portfolio has been specially selected.  Furthermore, we work closely with the owners to continually improve them.

• On arrival there is a complimentary basic welcome foodpack including wine and beer.
• We supply initial cleaning products including toilet paper, kitchen rolls, washing machines and dishwasher tablets
• There are Beach towels & a beach pack (inc cool box, ice blocks & beach umbrellas)

• Villa cards with the address and GPS for you to use when you go out.

Ensuring you have the right rental experience

How do we ensure our clients have the right Pac4Portugal rental experience?

Without a doubt communication is highly important to us and you.  We are always just an email or a text message away.  Obviously, you can call us, however, in peak season a text message is the quickest and easiest response.  In addition,

• Our management team inspects every villa before your arrival
• “Meet & Greet” of clients whether when they initially arrive to hand over keys, or with the key safe method, a visit from one of our representatives within 48 hours of arrival.
• Furthermore, upon your return home, we follow up with:
  • the return of your breakages deposit and,
  • a request for feedback/review
  • Finally, we like to keep in touch via social media

Meet the team

Fernando (left in the photograph) is the architect and constructor of Villa Mediterraneo, Villa Atlantica, Villa Maritima and Villa Carvoeiro.  These villas have been built exclusively for the best rental experience possible.

Alex is the rental agent, (right in the photograph) and normally your first point of contact from the initial enquiry.  Besides he is very hands-on, ensuring your rental experience is high quality.

Together Alex and Fernando also manage the villas and service staff.
