Pac4Portugal continues striving towards its future vision of building Carvoeiro villa rentals.  Despite exceptionally hard rental years, we continue.  The story of their success is a continuous thirst to strive towards an evolving future and not sit back on what they have already achieved.  Whether it’s a pandemic or a recession, people seem to always want to come to Carvoeiro and Portugal.  We always say to clients that it’s like the Hotel California “You can check-out any time you like, but you can never leave!” and why would you want to with stunning scenery, great fresh food, endless great Portuguese wines and of course, amazing friendly people? 

The first project

So Pac4Portugal as a brand was started in 2014, although it was supported by a pedigree in its separate industries.  A constructor who is already known for building Carvoeiro villa rentals (400+).   Our first project was Villa Mediterrano, a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa on a 2000+ sq m plot, fully equipped for all the family to have fun.  There are lots of spaces where people can be together, like in the 12m x 6m swimming pool or at the bespoke indoor and outdoor dining tables.  Over the past 5 years, we have continued to invest in the amenities, including indoor and outdoor game areas, internet systems to allow WiFi on most of the plot and lots more. 

It was completed and first rented in June 2016 and has never looked back. 

Villa Mediterraneo

• 6 Bedrooms which sleep 14,

The building carvoeiro villa rentals Template

Villa Mediterraneo became the template for building Carvoeiro villa rentals and  next comes Villa Atlantica.  This was a dream that Fernando had; he always wanted to develop this plot in a prime location.  Every property has its constrictions with the lay of the land, shape, and dimensions.  However, one of the things we learned from the construction of Villa Mediterraneo was to always build a basement.  You may not use it at first but you cannot build it afterwards.

Villa Atlantica was completed in June 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it only welcomed its first clients in August 2020.  Villa Atlantica started as a six-bedroom, six-bathroom villa with lots of large terraces with amazing panoramic sea views, an 11m x 5m heated swimming pool, large bespoke outdoor shaded eating areas, a games area, and much more.  In 2022, it will be upgraded to a nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom villa.  Out of peak season, there is the opportunity to rent a 6-bedroom villa.

Villa Atlantica

Villa Maritima

In our series of Carvoeiro villa rentals, our third project due to be finished in summer 2021 is Villa Maritima, another 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa.  This is the first of the new generation of contemporary rental villas, incorporating modern design with all the other elements that we have learned from the previous 2 builds.  Available to rent in 2022, it has features such as an amazing high-ceiling lounge, a large basement games room with an internal garden, a stunning roof terrace and great sea views from the roof and first-floor bedrooms.

Building big Carvoeiro Villa rentals—villa Carvoeiro

In 2020, we started the latest exciting project, Villa Carvoeiro, an incredible 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom villa with a 15-m x 5-m heated pool, internal gardens, a games room, an events room, two large roof terraces with great sea views and lots more.  Villa Carvoeiro brings together all the elements we have learned from the previous projects.  The property has two linked wings: the main living areas, with 5 bedrooms above, and a roof terrace above them.  Also from the living areas, there is a link to another 5 bedrooms that have direct access to the swimming pool terrace, as well as another roof terrace above. 

We continue our plans to grow our portfolio of stunning, large villas when the right opportunities arise.  Stay tuned, as the future is Carvoeiro.villas and Pac4Portugal!
