Entering Casa Filarte there is a nicely decorated reception area.  in front are the main living areas with an open plan dining and lounge area.  Additionally, patio doors lead onto the covered terrace, which is gated from the pool.  To the right of the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen.   A back door also leads to the covered terrace.

Casa Filarte Bedrooms
On the groundfloor are 2 twin bedrooms each with their own shower room.  A staircase from the reception area leads to the first floor.  In addition there is a large twin bedroom with en-suite large shower room.  Patio doors accessing a terrace with panoramic views of the sea. Furthermore on the first floor is a large double bedroom with patio doors to terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. All bedrooms have good wardrobe space.

Outside areas
Outside is a covered terrace with built in BBQ and quality dining furniture, the covered terrace extends along the whole of the back of the house.   There are gates which open up onto steps down to the pool terrace area.  The pool is 8m by 4m with roman steps starting at a depth of about 1.2m in the shallow end, down to a deep end of 2m, it has a colour warming pool cover. The owners have supplied quality sun beds and umbrellas for the clients. This is a perfect place to relax with the town and the sea in the background. Casa Filartes plot of land expands down into the valley, it is fully fenced.
